Hanging out in Paradise

The place we stayed is called Sheraton Vistana Resort. It is a condo time share resort which we were given by our West Poitn friends. This saved us alot of money but also was an amazingly luxorious holiday destination which we ordinarily would not have even considered.

The pool area was fabulous and although we did spend quite a bit of time there, I did not take very many photos. All 5 children had a great time, there were waterfalls, a children's play area, hot tubs and a water volley ball area.





When we went to Wonder works (Previous Post) the children all chose a something from the gift shop. Our Boys chose these dinosaur eggs which they excavated to find the skeleton of a dino and then put it together. It proved to be the best value for $5- that we have had in a long time. Every day they chipped away at the little egg and eventually the plastic skeleton was revealed. As you can see, it is mighty dangerous work and requires the wearing of special safety glasses at all times.

M bumped his face just before we went away and here you can see his 'shiner' nicely developed.


M decided to take some self portraits. Always funny later to look through the dozens of photos of light fitings, toilets, unmade beds, peoples feet and some actually of the little bloke himself. This is my personal favourite of the ones he took of himself. They were taken on the balcony, in the kitchen, by the front door, in the stairwell and so on.



Ah, favourite pass time, playing DS and watching TV at the same time!
