Making Sausages

A few weeks ago D purchased a Kitchen aid mixer, can't get him out of the kitchen now, bread, biscuits, miffins, cakes and yep, sausages. Here he is with his helper W making the first batch of sausage. It is Borreworst, I am not sure if I spell that correctly, in any case it is a South African Sausage and he had it in Africa years ago and then in Sydney with South African friends. We don't actually have much left now, it was rather popular and has been cheerfully consumed by family and friends.
