SNOW!

These are the sights we have woken up to this morning, it is forecast to continue until about 3pm then turn to a 'wintry mix' and then freezing rain which is a bit of a shame. The children are already out there taking advantage of the first real snow of the year. How lucky we are since last year the first snow did not arrive until well into January. D has to head out this morning to get some salt and we will be shovelling the drive way before the freezing rain arrives because that is like trying to shovel lumps of concrete.
