THE Koala

This dear lady deserves a post all of her own. During our afternoon of catching up with family and friends. She decided to take a walk through the garden, she was not frightened of us and was not agressive. Many of you might have seen imagines of Koalas going around on email - drinking on people's verandah's etc, well here is our very own and very real life Koala doing just that. We know that she is a she because she has lived in the area for many years and has had at least two babies since T and J moved in. She is much bigger up close than when she is curled into a ball high up in her tree. It has always been a special treat to see her (and sometimes her baby) when we visit, but this time she out did herself.
