Today I took the children to a local "paint your own pottery". You buy a piece of green ware and paint it, the staff fire and glaze the piece. It is alot of fun. M and I went for play group last week and he loved it so I took them all back today. They have all painted plates and an ornament. We were there for a good couple of hours and my boys who have (according to teachers) no attention span were calm and concentrating for the entire time. Of course J was in her element and fairy princesses multiplied under her deft hand. The boys produced various forms of Monster trucks.
